Superlative levels of customer support is a cornerstone of what AMMA offers to its clients. We are here to support and aide our customers with all aspects of their additive manufacturing journey, whether pre-sales advice, or after-sales support and servicing.

We know introducing and using new technologies can be challenging for any organisation, especially when maintaining current production output levels and overheads – AMMA have extensive experience in guiding organisations through this minefield. We are certified partners for several brands of 3D Printers and associated equipment, allowing us to provide professional levels of support for these brands. As part of our partnership agreements we can get support from the actual designers and manufacturers of the machines, as well as dedicated suppot channels for after-sales service and incident escalation should it be required.
